Georgia Arnold - Executive Director and Founder

Georgia was instrumental in establishing the Staying Alive Foundation in 2004, and was appointed Executive Director in October 2007. Georgia is also the Senior Vice President of Social Responsibility for MTV International, where she is responsible for developing and implementing Public Affairs initiatives across MTV's broad range of channels.

Paul Dien - Director of Strategic Partnerships

Paul Dien

Paul joined the Foundation in 2008 as the Director of Strategic Partnerships, where he is responsible for fundraising campaigns and events.  Prior to joining the Foundation, he worked for MTV in Integrated Marketing where he created and executed a number of high profile marketing campaigns with clients such as HP, Converse, J&J, and many others.

Sara Piot - Director of Grants

Sara Piot

Sara has worked with the Staying Alive Foundation since it was established back in 2004. She looks after all the Staying Alive Foundation grants - from selection - right the way through to fulfillment. Sara is in regular contact with all the grantees to ensure their projects are run successfully, and co-ordinates mentors to ensure that each project has someone in their local area to turn to for guidance.

Julie Allen - Creative and Digital Projects

Julie joined the Staying Alive Foundation in 2006 from the BBC where she looked after a number of interactive drama and entertainment projects. Julie is responsible for creative and digital projects across both the Staying Alive Foundation and Campaign.

Siobhan Rae - Events Coordinator

Siobhan Rae

Siobhan joined the Foundation in 2008. She is responsible for Foundation communication initiatives, as well as coordinating on-the-ground fundraising events. Previously Siobhan was working for International Communications at MTV.
